[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,450,true][atrb=background,http://i52.tinypic.com/4rdnx3.jpg,true][atrb=cellspacing,0,true][atrb=cellpadding,0,true] ☆ TELEPATHY some pokémon on stars are able to talk to their trainers through telepathy. this can be done through a) any psychic type pokémon, b) certain other high-intelligence pokémon, or c) pokémon above level 15 who know the move psychic. an exact list of the first two criteria can be found below. note in advance: any speech by riolu should be short and possibly indistinct; a word here, a sentence there. it is learning to use aura as lucario does on a smaller scale. this also applies to baby pokémon, as they are also only discovering their abilities. telepathic abilities are not instant, even in psychic types.
