okay, so here's the deal, guys. we've had another incident of people stealing codes from stars. this time not from me, but it's obvious that it was a stolen concept, nonetheless. and quite frankly, i'm fed up with it. so, stars is going completely private. what this means for the site is that we will remain open as per usual, but i've coded a portal and added a few precautionary codes to keep guests out of the site for the most part. what you'll notice with this new portal is that there's a 5x5 block in the top left corner of your stars tab that will close the portal so that you can view the index. but shhhh, it's a secret~
but just because we're private doesn't mean that we won't be able to get new members. rather, this will be done in one of two ways. either a) sporadic advertising (i.e. boards on neo like today), or b) referring a friend to the site. anyone who's a friend of a stars member is perfectly welcome on the site. k? <3 so basically, no big deal. just something that we've kind of needed for a while and paya's finally had it with thieves.
