it's very simple, just a list of members and their characters. now that stars is growing so quickly, it's hard to keep track of who plays who and which character belongs to whom. staff should keep this updated very often and yes, it is rather mandatory. please, post in code. it makes it much easier on the staff (and puts you on their good list). otherwise, they'll grumble and you'll never know if you'll be given a magikarp or bidoof. :c (but of course we don't bias in mod posts. ;D) if you are adding on a character after you posted here, just post the character code and just in case, tell us who you are.
