UPDATE: otm & staff rewards, raffle time!

ohdang, look at papaya being resourceful. 8D sososo. first things first. congratulations to moo, kiwi, esther, and orange on winning the otms. you guys are all awesome and clearly our members share the same opinion. and because you guys are so awesome, here are your choices. for winning the otms, you can choose from either $1000 to be added to the total on your account, an egg for one character that has a chance of containing either a rare or non-rare pokémon, or a random rare item for one character. awesome, right? 8D just let us know here which one of these you're going to pick~

second, staff rewards. where would be without our precious mods on the site? (i hope you just said nowhere, because that's where we'd be without them. :c) so as a reward to our staff for helping us keep the site running smoothly, we're offering you a deal. all staff will receive a semi-random level 5 pokémon. what do i mean by that? we use the randomizer still, yes, but the staff members have the power to choose what type of pokémon they'd like to get (excluding dragon, of course). so let us know and we'll randomize you something hopefully totally osm yesyes.

and finally, the part that gets our members involved in all this fun of getting new, awesome prizes! whoo. 8D so you remember our last activity check, right? of course you do, it just ended, yes? yes. SO. all those pokémon and starter packs those characters had? we're giving them to you. yes, i really did just say what you think i said. this will be a raffle of sorts, but there's a condition. in the last activity check, there were four teachers deleted. that means that there's strong pokémon in this raffle. really strong. and obviously we're not going to let those go as easily as your little level 5 pokémon. check out the prices below.

$50 per ticket includes pokémon levels 1-10 and items
$150 per ticket includes pokémon levels 1-20 and items
$250 per ticket includes pokémon levels 1-30 and items
$350 per ticket includes pokémon levels 1-40 and items

and yes, with each ticket comes a greater reward if you win, but it's also a bigger gamble. there's still a chance that if you don't manage to get a pokémon or item, you'll get the same booby prize you would if you bought a cheaper ticket. and even if you buy a more expensive ticket, that's not to say you won't still get a level 5 pokémon; it's simply the chance to get stronger pokémon. look on the bright side, though: a chance is a a chance, and even if you don't win a pokémon or starter pack, you still get a booby prize instead~ (and sometimes even the booby prizes can be pretty awesome. ;D)

staff randomizing these, go to this site and enter the names of every pokémon applicable, starter packs (if there's one, enter "starter pack" once), and ten randomized items to consist of booby prizes. upon randomizing, the first (or first ___ amount, if more than one ticket was purchased) are what are given to the member. given, it's not true raffle fashion, but it works much better for the purpose for which we've intended it. each member can buy up to two tickets total of any type initially, ie a $50 and $250, $50 and $50, etc. we may change this later depending on how many people buy tickets.
